Excellent experience with friendly staff. Beautiful new hotel with comfortable, client and quiet rooms. Delicious breakfast. Great first stay and would love to return.

The spa was great. Room was spacious and clean. Only issue was the rainfall head didn’t work in the shower.

Parking is expensive at 50 Euros but it is Valet parking and you are in the centre of Turin. There is other parking around but it is very limited and first in. The parking around the hotel is not secure. Everything else is exceptional. Highly recommend this Hotel if you are Turin

Lovely staff, but experience spoiled by the fact it feels like you have to pay extra for everything e.g. entrance to spa, water in the room, breakfast. We never managed to get the WiFi in the room sorted - I wonder if it’s linked to the push to sign up for Hilton Honors?
