So close to the airport, beautiful, attentive staff in Lounge shout out to Raymond

The hotel has an excellent location being close to the mall and the airport. The suite I had was clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was excellent with a good mix of local and continental dishes. I’d definitely want to stay there again when I’m in Singapore.

Room was extremely clean, with sustainable features. Location in T3 extremely convenient for international departures and arrival. Outdoor pool looks beautiful but did not get to use.

It was so convenient and we had so much to do for our final night in Singapore staying at the airport!

A great stop over with a huge shopping centre to wander around rather than being stuck in the usual airport hotel.

Luxurious transit hotel with beautiful room, delicious ample breakfast buffet and lovely pool area.

Clean, modern looking and very convenient for quick shopping at JEWEL. Cost of food and drinks at hotel were average. Used desk for check in and was shocked when they required a copy of child’s passport when travelling with both parents. I challenged this as this is not something that is normally required elsewhere in the world and for security, a child’s passport should never be handed over to staff. The response was “You have to if you wish to stay here”. Other than this the staff were quite helpful in explaining basis of stay. When attending the bar, was shocked to sea rats running around in the rear open eating area next to the bar with the door standing wide open to the hotel. (This area is open to garden and outdoor area of the airport and rat infestations are a common thread at airports around the world)
