Lovely staff at the front desk happy and eager to help with any problem.
Excellent spacious room with a truly lovely view. Super clean and modern.
Well located, with a short walk to city buses that allow for easy travel across the city, and within easy walking distance of a great many places to eat.
Would stay again in a heart beat.

Unfortunately the stay was ruined by terrible pillows, we should have asked for others but persisted and had a terrible sleep, pillows were stuffed into pillow cases that were too small for the pillows (which we discovered the next morning) making the pillows hard and uncomfortable. Just maybe something to look at as everything else was wonderful

A great little oasis at the quieter end of Hay St. Plenty of great food and coffee options nearby. I recommend Smooth Operator Coffee and Heno & Rey for a nice wine and tapas. Baha on Level 1 is a really pleasant space to relax, unwind, enjoy happy hour or get some work done. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel for me is in a perfect location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Parking is located right behind, 30 second walk.
Room is spacious, clean and has a great view.
