This was a first for us; a remote room. There was no front desk, as everything was to be handled through WhatsApp. Fair enough, I'm not a Luddite but I speak very little Italian and I've never used that app before. I did rely on our host for instructions and she was a bit hesitant at first, but eventually gave us the help that we needed to get into our room. We were only there for one night and the room was quite fancy, in line with what we think of for Venetian decor. We were safe and we didn't get any bad vibes from the people in the area but, suffice to say, the neighborhood was a bit run down. That gave us cause for concern about our vehicle, but we had no issue. Not much for amenities in that area (restaurants, bars, etc.), but we were able to get pizza nearby. This is not a touristy area; it's just fairly close to the airport.

Close to the airport. Friendly staff, great room for the price.

Location and view from terrace.

Very nice and cozy place. Location is easy to find.

Would not recommend staying here. Location was close to the airport and that was the only positive thing. It was run down.

Clean room with comfortable bed and air conditioning and clean bathroom. Very close to airport and easy access with #5 bus, close to bus stop. Messaged staff who were very helpful with remote check in and detailed instructions for my stay as my flight arrived at 23:00. Great for a short stay near the airport!

I cannot recommend this hotel. Despite the hotel stating they offer airport shuttle service there is not such thing, meaning you will have to pay roughly $45 for a one-way taxi or Uber ride to the airport. To top it off, the room's air conditioner was completely inadequate; the absolute coolest it could get the room was a sweltering 80°F, making for an incredibly uncomfortable night. Save your money and book elsewhere.

It was a dark place, the check in was a little stressful, door was closed and had a bunch of signs, the bell did not work, I felt I was in the middle of nowhere. No elevator, the mini fridge did not work at all, and had rotten food left inside. the only good thing, bathroom had space and it was cleaned

Everything looked good but was cheap like mattress and linens. No staff available when needed.

Great location, easy to find, easy check in, very close to the airport
