Great place to stay, very friendly staff and very nice spacious guest rooms. Film at front desk made our stay very special. Best experience of checking in!!

Still a Beautiful hotel even though some areas are showing its age. But the staff is still amazing!! But wheel chair access to get off the property is limited to only the roadway that leads to the front desk! It’s quite scary pushing a wheelchair around moving vehicles on a narrow road way!!! Can’t believe a 5 star property is so poorly equipped. Plus no useable wheelchair access to the top floor lounge area!! Our mum stayed in the room while we listened to the live entertainment.. disappointing!! Second issue was the buffet at the hotel main restaurant. Morning buffet is 799 bhat and includes a huge array of foods, including hot dinner items!! But the evening buffet starts at 2150 bhat per person! That is pure and simple gouging!!!!! Really left a bad taste in our months!! I have no doubt the food would have been excellent, but no matter what it’s still way over priced and we felt as though for the second time in our stay, we were being gouged and felt abused! I was offered pretty much the exact same room across the hall from were we stayed for 3500 bhat extra a night because it had a different partial view of the river, than what we had… The corporate greed is disgusting and frustrating!! Because of it we will not return to any Hilton and we use to love staying at the Millennium, it was our 4th visit in about 8 months. It’s a shame things have turned this way. We appreciate the good experiences we have had, but choose to not participate in the current corporate greed.

Staff has been so helpful, they make sure you feel at home!! Family friendly!

Good overall experience, good room, kind staff and awesome environment. The location is strategic as it's walking distance to the mall and food.

We arrived at 1:00 am. From the minute we walked in the door we were welcomed warmly, even at that time of the morning. Gun was amazing and he stayed that way the entire week, always recognizing us and greeting us warmly. The room was lovely with an amazing view. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The entire staff could not have been friendlier. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. It’s next to IconSiam and to the water hop on hop off boat. Amazing pool with a beautiful view. Amazing breakfast, one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve seen. Definitely recommend it.

Hotel was very beautiful the bell boys were very nice . The service was amazing. But sadly we felt discriminated during our visit to the Buisiness VIP lounge which we only visited once due to our busy itinerary. We didn't feel welcomed and were asked if we were in the right place. Then we were told we have more selection downstairs in the buffet area, but we could look and then decide. This was humiliating. Otherwise I'd highly recommend. I wouldn't spend so much money on a suit because the awful experience. One thing that was amazing were the cleaning staff. Left us a kind note and beautiful towel Elephants. Love them!

I spent a night at this hotel, and after I checked out, I realized I forgot my iPhone at the room and I am pretty sure it was on the bed. But then I called the hotel to see if I can have my phone, they told me that the housekeeper didn’t find any phone. It was a very horrible experience. Everyone have to be careful~~
