overall we really loved the hotel, even extended our initial reservation during our stay, quiet private beach amazing pools, nice spaces rooms. breakfast was great variety, the only bad thing about breakfast is that it feels chaotic :) 10 minutes drive from my keah beach which was perfect for us

This hotel is not deserving for 5 stars . I came to check in late at 1:00 am next day the booking day. But the room is still not ready,

The resort is gorgeous. Well laid out property with plenty of pools, beautiful beach and incredible staff. The breakfast buffet is a 10/10. So much food variety and the quality is excellent. We were very happy with the room service and food delivered to the pool. Everything was so good! The staff is very friendly, helpful and speaks English very well. They were very responsive to any concerns. One problem was that the room I booked only had one bed for a family of 4. They were able to add a cot for a fee. Another issue was our lock kept not working and they had to repair our room lock 3x during our stay. While inconvenient, the response time was immediate so the quick response was much appreciated. The sunrises over the infinity pool were breathtaking. The gym and kids club were very nice. Our kids had a wonderful time “this is my favorite place!” My little kid said about breakfast and the pool. Overall we would be happy to go back.

Family friendly. It was not the same experience I had 2 years ago. Everything seems outdated. The staffs were not helpful like it used to be. Breakfast buffet was ok not as great.

Well maintained, staff attention to detail

Hotel service wasn’t good, too expensive for the value given.

Having stayed at Melia at other locations before, I thought that it would be a great stay but I was extremely disappointed. 1. Check-in service was bad. It is clear that the hotel is very understaffed and there was no clear queue line for the check-in. It took quite some time before I could do my check-in procedures. It was very hot and humid and no staff came to offer us a welcome drink (although it was in the package booked) or a seat while waiting. 2. It was very difficult to get any kind of service. A simple request like bottled water was unfulfilled. We asked housekeeping 6-7 times and it was never delivered to our room. We had to go to the front desk personally to get the bottled water. 3. Breakfast had a decent spread but most of the food was not great. I recommend you skipping the breakfast if you really want to stay at this hotel. 4. In-room dining was quite bad as well. We order the beef pho and satay. Both did not taste great. Parts of the satay were burned and the pho is one of the worst I have tasted before. 5. Spa experience wasn't great as well. For the price, please go and try some other spa. I am not sure the reason for the high ratings but please take your money elsewhere. 6. Ordering food delivery was a hassle as well. It is like the hotel wants to force you to eat their food. The food delivery driver is unable to enter the hotel premises so if you order food, you have to go to the gate to collect instead of at the lobby. Overall, bad experience.

We can’t thank Tam enough from guest manager relations enough for everything she did for us … very grateful for her professionalism and caring nature that’s what made this trip for us 🙏👏
