最高 Quiet hotel not far from transit and small, hidden gem restaurants. The property has a very zen like feel with a rooftop garden and guest lounge that serves tea and coffee. The rooftop garden also features a no charge foot bath. Rooms are small but comfortable and the AC was fantastic, especially with summer heat in Tokyo.

Hotel amenities is nice and it’s convenient to have a family mart on site along with several restaurants. However the room and bath is tiny. It’s even harder with 3 luggages siting in the room.

Great staff, smooth check in and check out. The 14th floor desk wasn’t a problem for me and my wife. The room had a few dents in the wall here and there but everything in the room was satisfactory in general for our homebase in Tokyo. The laundry units could’ve been better at drying, but that is a nitpick. Great stay, would come again!

The price is reasonable. I specifically got this place for the end of our trip because of the washer and dryer; you must be fast since there’s only 2. I am mainly give a 4 star because the last 2 nights the AC wasn’t working.

Room was clean and had good amenities. The breakfast was budget friendly and good quality. Will stay here again as a solo traveler. Walking distance from Tokyo station and Ginza.
