Disappointing Stay – Not What I Expected When I arrived, the hotel had changed its name from Comfort Hotel to something like "Ocean Pacific" with no prior notice, making it unnecessarily confusing to find. I was given a room on the fifth-floor room, it had no window and felt cramped, and the hotel didn't even provide basic drinking water for guests. Luckily, I was out all day and only came back to sleep ... otherwise it would have been unbearable. Price is low but still not worth it.

Hotel was easy to find. On a convenient route and with in my price range.

This is a good accommodation and very well located in downtown Frankfurt.

Value for money

Practical location for commuting from Central Station. Rooms require updating.

Location very close to Frankfurt main Station

The location is good - just a short walk from the main railway station. Plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are not large, but adequate for a stay of one or two nights. Good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful and happy to store luggage after the noon checkout. I would use this hotel again.

It was very close to the train station. It was in a "bad" part of town.

Property good location comfortable . Would stay again.
