Lovely hidden hotel so close to the old town so perfect if you don’t want to walk or go very far. The staff were so helpful and friendly gave us lots of good recommendations. Pool area and breakfast were really nice. Will be coming back!

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel but I found a breakfast spot about 2 minutes away. I did not have a beach. Everything was great the only issue was at night it gets loud because all the big bars are all around the hotel. They do give you ear plugs but it just if you're a light sleeper or not. Other than that I liked it and will be back. Pool, the location and cost is perfect.

Gopal assisted me with registering my rental car license plate before I parked. I later provided my parking receipt and was assured that reimbursement would not be an issue, but I was told I would need to wait until checkout to receive it.
Unfortunately, when I checked out, the staff member on duty had no knowledge of the reimbursement I had been promised and advised me to resolve the issue by email instead. I have since sent multiple emails and have not received a response or resolution.
My biggest frustration is when commitments are not followed through on, and unfortunately that was my experience here. I wanted to give the hotel an opportunity to resolve the matter before leaving this review, but I have still not heard back.

The hotel staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good with a large choice to suit all tastes.
The nearby nightlife goes on well into the early hours and can be very disturbing if you don’t want to be part of it!

Clean room, and great staff.
Wonderful pool area.
The location is great, a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. However it is loud at night. I used ear plugs and white noise and was able to sleep, however during on peak months I can imagine it is very loud, but perfect hotel if you do want to go out and enjoy the night life
