Wonderful Stay — True Italian Hospitality! This hotel was absolutely wonderful—we did not want to leave! The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They truly understand hospitality. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything and just minutes from the Rialto Bridge. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The full Italian breakfast was included and was a wonderful way to start each morning. The hotel also provided water and other drinks at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful touch. The AC was fantastic and easily the best we experienced during our Italy trip! After long days of exploring, coming back to a cool, comfortable room made for some of the best sleep we had in Italy. We also appreciated the hotel's hospitality after checkout. They held our luggage while we continued exploring, which allowed us to enjoy our final hours in Venice without carrying our bags around. Everything about our stay was lovely. The location, staff, breakfast, comfort, and thoughtful extras made this hotel stand out. These people understand hospitality! We absolutely loved our stay and truly did not want to leave. We would happily stay here again!

Hôtel super bien placé, très belles chambres, bon petit déjeuner, air conditionné

We had a lovely time at this hotel! Beautiful Building with all the amenitirs you need and linde at staff!! And it's at the heart of Venice!

This hotel has very good location. It’s close to all major attractions and water bus stops. The hotel staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and is beautifully maintained. My only complaint was that the mattress in my room was old and out of shape. It was worn out and sunk in the middle which made the sleep uncomfortable. The breakfast was really good. It had great varieties and all tasted delicious. We were lucky to sit by the window and get to watch gondolas glided through while eating breakfast. The best way to start a morning.

The hotel and staff were great. Highly recommended

We had a recent one night stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised on how spacious the room was. There were three of us in the room and we had a lot of space to move around without bumping into each other. The hotel was close to shopping and boat taxis (all within walking distance).

Amazing room, very clean and luxurious. The staff were amazing and the location extraordinary. Just in the middle of everything!

El aire acondicionado es controlado por la recepción del hotel y no enfrían lo suficiente.

Good breakfast and love the air conditioning during our summer stay at Venice.

Location was great. Hotel staff was super helpful, friendly and kind. Breakfast was A+
