great location and spacious room! lovely staff. I had an issue with my rental car while I was there and the staff went above and beyond to help me resolve.

The Chalet was informal and very welcoming. The staff is amazing and helped us every day with dinner reservations. The onsen on site was terrific, and the breakfast was delicious. We will return!

Walkable to ski slope. We stayed in one of the Villas - slightly expensive but worth the money for the privacy, kitchenette and own bathroom. Onsen and sauna a bonus. Staff very friendly and willing to help. The Happy Hour (3 in fact) they offer a great deal and gives you the opportunity to meet other guests.

Albert saved me. My back went out on the plane. He saw my distress and kindly moved my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room.
Onsen helped relieve my pain. Draft beer also helped as well as free whiskey. Only downside is as thin walls and 3am snow removal.

The hotel is well situated. It is a 10 minutes walk to the ski resort area. The parking is easy to access. The property is very clean and quiet. The staff helped us with all our questions about the area

I was unable to checkin for the first night due to a flight cancellation. Hotel has not been responsive to my communication via hotels.com service
