I originally had reservations at another hotel in the city and it was not what was advertised. I paid a bit more and switched here. Everything was amazing! Can’t wait to come back!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the breakfast. Great service and variety of food options.
The room was a bit on the small side but it had everything we needed.

Guests are not allowed to use the refrigerator; if you want to use it, you have to pay 10 euros. I paid 250 euros per room per night. The minibar is off-limits; if you want to eat anything, you have to pay a 100 euro deposit. Most five-star hotels include this in the room rate. When I asked if they could remove items from the refrigerator so I could store yogurt and medicine, the hotel said they could, but I would have to pay an extra 10 euros. The room was very old. The air conditioning didn't work; I asked the hotel to fix it, but they sent a fan instead. The curtains wouldn't open. When showering, the hot water suddenly turned cold. This is a five-star hotel? It doesn't deserve five stars; two stars would suffice. I feel terrible; it was a really bad experience.
