少しがっかり The lift was small when brings the suitcases upstairs. The staff said it is very easy to walk up but there was no staff offered to bring the suitcases upstairs for us.

Very small room. NO AIR CONDITIONING UNIT in double standard room - a fact I didn’t know until I went to check in. Friendly staff, they provided a complimentary breakfast for the lack of air con. Luckily there’s a small fan in the room which helped a little but this really needs to be changed as the heatwave was unbearable. The hallway is also very hot to walk through. The double standard room is the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in - Premier Inn and Travelodge are bigger in comparison

AC wasn’t working though the staff said he was upgrading me! The whole hole was boiling and uncomfortable to sleep. Their excuse was the ac wasn’t maintained
Lots of talks and no actions !!!

良いパートナーと滞在
The room was pretty good. Very comfortable and clean. We were a bit taken a back at the surprise charge for parking - this was not mentioned upon booking and considering the cost of the room perhaps could have been factored into the cost.

少しがっかり Standard of hotel staff has fallen over the past year or so. Ignored while waiting to check in , staff burst into the room at around 9.35AM On a sunday after one knock. No time to even reach the door.
Then didnt leave the room until i turned to look after about 40 seconds. No apology .
After the staff left the room there was then continuous banging along the corridor and slamming of doors. Staff talking Loud
I dont know whether the staff are students or what. But they havent been trained how to treat all guests with respect.
I used to enjoy staying here but now after a few years ive noticed the standards have declined and unfortunately will most likely be the last stay here .
