Good customer service

In desperate need of a remodel.

Pretty average hotel. Pictures posted on booking made me expect a little more. There are only 2 elevators on the property and not in very convenient locations especially if you’re at the other end of the rooms. Room was clean, but bathroom sink had a terrible smell. They provide a bigger pump bottle of shampoo and conditioner which was great except they were completely empty. Sound is terrible. Only partial of the rooms are “inside” an enclosed hallway. But you can hear literally everything through the door and loud! Definitely made sleep not possible. Breakfast was decent. Helped start our day. Waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, toast, and coffee. Now if your don’t drink coffee the only other option is water.

The floors in the room wqs preety dirty. Front desk was amazing cleaning ladies did very poorly. Floor were discusting . Pool was great tempature.

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast ends at 9:30 am so grab an extra cup of coffee. There is no coffee to get aftwards. The only upset was not knowing how to work the coffee machine in the room.

Rundown property!!

Hotel is a little crusty, pool was kinda murky and dirty, spa jets broken, continental breakfast was mediocre but was staffed and a clean area, beds were nice, AC blew cold, TV worked, bathroom was okay, overall was a decent stay on a budget.

The only thing that I was worried about was mold in restroom other than that it was a great stay!!

Not as pictures describe. A lot of patchwork throughout building and in room. Damage to walls corners chipped, Holes in some areas, gives a really run down feeling. Lower prices, but you get what you pay for.

Very close to all attractions. Helpful staff. Pool was nice. Thank you
