Breakfast very good But I didn't enjoyed for swim pool

The room was very big and clean. A big thanks to the housekeeping. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see him before we left or thank him for his excellent service. Hotel management, please pass on our appreciation to him. Room 2408

Room was clean, but LOUD! Very dated decor, and the complete opposite to the rest of the hotel. I could hear the traffic and the building work outside, as well as people running up and down the corridor. That said, lobby and gym were amazing and staff were incredible. This was a one-night business stay, so it was fine, but any longer would have been a big issue.

Wonderful for families!

Check-in was fast and smooth. The room is small but reasonably spacious. The bed is comfortable, daily bottled water was replenished, and the view from the window was excellent. Soundproofing is weak: noises from the corridors are clearly audible, and sounds from other rooms can also be heard. Hot water in the bathtub consistently ran out after approximately 14 minutes (I timed it). When I contacted the front desk to ask whether hot water was limited, they seemed surprised and said an engineer would be sent, but the issue was never resolved. There was also a periodic smell of urine coming from the floor drain in the bathroom. The hotel kindly surprised me with a birthday cake, which was a nice gesture. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, while lunch was less impressive. The lobby café is excellent. I would consider staying here again, but only after confirming that the bathroom issues have been properly resolved.

It was walking distance from my new job and I got an awesome upgrade. The one bedroom apartment is beautiful and huge.
