Best hotel ever in the heart of Shinjuku! 7-11 is right across from hotel. Public bath was clean,

I enjoyed my time at the establishment. The young lady generosity assisted me with checking in. I plan on returning at a later time.

Excellent stay. Great experience

Amazing onsen don’t skip on this gem

Wonderful stay and fantastic staff.

Property was excellent and housekeeping. I didnt like that the restaurant was closed due to construction

I thought “I’ll believe it when I see it. An onsen in Shinjuku!” But it was every bit an onsen. As well as the indoor and outdoor baths, the architecture was tasteful. It was very new and quiet. We stayed on a high floor with a very good view of the city scape. Very well appointed coin laundries with vending machines, ice and chilled water dispensers on three floors. I couldn’t have asked for better. There’s a 711 right over the road and decent traditional eateries and cafes nearby.

We stayed at the other location in Shimokitazawa last time we visited, and although the Shinjuku location is nice it is definitely a step below. The onsen was very busy, and a lot of people who seemed less likely to follow the onsen "rules" (brining phones inside, not washing before entering pool, etc). The elevators are very slow, and I found the room layout not very functional (we've stayed in small rooms before, this one was small and felt like the choices prioritized "design" or looking good vs. functionality. In particular the sink counter is SO low it came to just above my knees, and the lighting over the sink was very odd/shadowy and made doing my makeup almost impossible. The location is decent but a good 8-12 min walk to the metro stations, For the price I wouldn't return.

Perfect location, helpful staff and great amenities. Overall a fantastic stay!

Amazing peaceful stay in the busy city of Shinjuku. A 711 and a Family mart were right across for ease and convenience. Amazing breakfast service. Will be staying at again
