Hteat location, friendly staff.

Great location and beautiful clean room. Breakfast buffet amazing

Excellent location. Frienfly staff. Decent breakfast buffet and great drinks and excellent rooftop live music entertainment. The hotel rate is overpriced for its style and condition: only the rooms are air-conditioned, not the hallways, making going in and out of the room very uncomfortable because of the temperature difference between the cool room and the outside heat. Lastly, the room window faces the hallway meaning for any privacy one has to close the blinds all day and night making the room quite claustrophobic.

Great staff

The room is always very clean. You can't beat the breakfast buffet great variety and very fresh. The staff is great and always extremely friendly. Made up my room several times in one day. Have stayed at many different hotels in Saigon always end up back at the Rex. Hotel is located right in the middle of district 12. Within walking distance to just about every attraction. On the square next to the Capitol building always a fun place to walk around at night. Highly recommend the Rex hard to beat the price. Exceptional value. Can always come early and drop off your luggage and check in later. Very safe and secure. Swimming pool is always very clean and never crowded. Always quiet. The rooftop bar is spacious for the great view looking down at the square. Hotel has historical significance which is very interesting to me. Great all around place to stay especially if you are a first-time visitor everyone knows where the Rex is. Close to all the great shopping areas in district 1. If you don't want to walk cab rides (grab) are easily accessible from the Rex and cheap. If you're looking for an adventure take a grab scooter. Don't be surprised when your ride is less than a dollar USD.

We really enjoy staying here, and it is always our top choice whenever we visit Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast offers a great variety of options, and the staff were very helpful when we stored our luggage with them. The hotel is in an excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, especially when they assisted us with our departure to the airport during this stay. We look forward to returning. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the Rex Hotel! The breakfast buffet was fantastic with great options for my wife and daughter, who are non-vegetarians. As a vegetarian, I was incredibly impressed by the service. The moment the staff realized my dietary preference, they went above and beyond—Linn and the team proactively offered and prepared personalized vegetarian noodles and stir-fried tofu just for me.Our Premium Twin room was very spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you would expect from a top-tier hotel. The exceptional hospitality really made our trip pleasant. We will definitely be back!
