The room was small but comfortable. No real place to open your luggage but there is a small bench in the room. The hotel has a huge banner hanging on the outside of the building that covers several floors which is unfortunate because it blocks your view.

Hotel Metropol is an excellent choice for touring Warsaw. It is so conveniently located to reach the airport, the Old Town, or any other point. I found the rooms to be organized very well with nice amenities and space utilization. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only points to improve is that they can rush you a bit at the buffet breakfast which gets super busy and the kitchen staff needs a little education on what is and is not gluten free. They made me a GF breakfast to go that contained gluten in the sandwich bread and the cookie. Otherwise, this will be my choice of hotels in Warsaw in the future.

A Wonderful and Accommodating Stay!
We had a truly wonderful time during our recent stay! The hotel was exceptionally good and highly accommodating from start to finish. Both the location and the overall cost were absolutely superb, making it a fantastic choice for our trip.
Every staff member we interacted with was cheerful, polite, and very approachable. There were a few moments where I found it slightly difficult to navigate the best local customs, but I am sure that was just a learning curve on my own end. Additionally, I was occasionally a bit confused about the exact schedule and process for when the rooms would be cleaned. That being said, our room was never dirty, and we always felt very comfortable and well cared for.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and we would definitely stay here again on a future visit!

Nice hotel at the intersection of two very busy streets, but a convenient location to the train station, restaurants, and a nice walk to the old town. Just a bit noisy if you open a window. Breakfast is excellent!
