Good location close to the airport. Shuttle service was nice to have as well. Room was very clean and spacious.
They did have a private pool party going on which caused a lot of over drunkness around the lobby area.
Staff were super helpful.

少しがっかり We had a hotel reservation we made at 11:55pm to stay and get a few hours of sleep due to a flight delay and missed connection. After getting pushed back to even later we arrived to get a few hours of sleep and were told we could not have our room since it was after midnight. A room that we paid in full for already! So had to go sleep at the airport for 5 hours. The hotel left a room sitting open that we paid $200 for just because we arrived after midnight. Waiting for hotels.com to refund our money for an unused room and they are not responding to multiple messages. Awful customer service by both the hotel and hotels.com
