The view and location are great however the room was very dirty. The bathroom door did not close, the shower was absolutely unacceptable, with hair all over. There were also cockroaches in our room. We had to go get our own clean towels and a new roll of toilet paper. There was trash under the beds and the floors were dirty.

Very dirty room at all

The Windsurfer was *fine*. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay near the beach, you can’t go wrong. Was it the cleanest? No. Did I see roaches in my room? Yes. The elevator was hot, humid, and dirty … not to mention SLOW. I tried taking the stairs, but only did that once because the smell of urine was overpowering and made me gag. The pools were small, but did the job. We had never been to Myrtle before and didn’t know the area. Next time I’ll spend a little more and stay in a nicer, cleaner hotel a bit further north.

The pools and hot tub are great. We love to be here on the boardwalk. So nice.

View is great. Pool can be dirty depending on amount of occupants. Elevator floor was always wet. Kitchenette needed upgrade, no silverware and appliances were rusty. Fairly close to center, more than 1 minute walk as stated in hotel info.

Absolutely disgusting rooms. Walked in had a paper plate and plastic fork under the bed . I had to go get a broom to sweep the floor. It smelt like mold .. water leaking all over carpet under air conditioner so we had to move rooms . Next room same issue with air conditioner leaking but room was hot air conditioner needed replaced/repaired . Cockroaches in the elevators thankfully none in either room we had. Both toilets were about to fall off every time you sat on it. You felt like you were gonna hit the floor Every time we turn the stove on smoke alarm went off… I have a couple videos as well of the water in the carpet and on the floor it won’t let me upload… So we had to hear that the whole time we cooked.Several other issues but I hope you get the point I’m not happy for what I paid to stay here for 2 rooms 1700$$ . Ridiculous!

Staff were amazing. I booked oceanfront room but could only see palm trees but other then that is was great.

Everything was great besides house keeping missed a few spots when sweeping. And the mattress covers need to be changed.

Great view even though construction on the beach was going on. Could use a different means of AC in the first bedroom(portable floor unit that had to be drained daily) but other than that it was a nice big suite.

We had an ocean front room. The view was stunning. The room needs a few updates and repairs.
