Great property, staff, extra food services. We were offered charcuterie cheese board and wine for both evenings. The property location is for people who have a car or want to stay there and enjoy the view. It is too far to the boat and there are no side walks with narrow streets so can’t really go anywhere

The property was spectacular over looking Lake Como from our balcony & pool area. Our room was clean & spacious! !!! The owner Donatella & Marco went above & beyond to accommodate us!!! Prepared a delicious dinner/appetizers/breakfast. Donatella even drove us herself to a fabulous restaurant!!! Who does that??!!!!!…… We would definitely return!!! Magical experience.

This cozy, well-cared-for villa is truly a gem… overlooking the incredibly beautiful Lake Como. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay (we wish we had stayed longer!!). Donatella (the owner), her daughter, Martina, and others helped make our stay truly memorable. The room was large, incredibly clean and well/appointed… and the views from the patio were simply breathtaking. Parking is available on-site with a prior reservation. Breakfast was ample and delicious, with lots of tasty baked goods and other traditional fare. Don’t miss this wonderful boutique lodging option located a short distance north of Como on the road to Bellagio. You will NOT be disappointed!

Donatella è semplicemente straordinaria. Dalla prima comunicazione fino all’ultimo saluto, ha dimostrato una cura per gli ospiti che raramente si incontra. Disponibilità totale e un’accoglienza con i guanti bianchi fin dal primo momento. Al nostro check in tardi in serata ci aspettava già qualcosa da mangiare, ci ha procurato fiori nella giornata del compleanno della mia amica, gesti piccoli ma che dicono tutto sul suo modo di fare ospitalità. Le colazioni meritano una menzione speciale: ogni mattina una sorpresa diversa, con tantissime opzioni dolci e salate tutte fatte in casa. La qualità e la varietà erano eccezionali, uno dei momenti più belli della giornata. La villa era tenuta in modo impeccabile, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Donatella ci ha anche guidate con consigli preziosi su ristoranti e attrazioni locali, tutti azzeccatissimi. Ci siamo sentite coccolate e completamente a casa. Villa Costanza con Donatella non è solo un alloggio, è un’esperienza speciale. Grazie mille!

We had such a wonderful stay! The host went truly above and beyond to make us feel welcome — it felt like we were staying at a friend’s home rather than a hotel. Every detail was thoughtful, and her warmth made our trip. We highly recommend renting a car, as getting around by Uber or taxi in the area can be quite difficult. Just keep in mind that the local streets are very narrow and parking can be a bit tricky. Also, be prepared for lots of stairs — Lake Como is full of them! If you’re traveling with a baby or a stroller, it’s worth planning ahead and packing light to explore the area. Despite the hills and steps, it’s an absolutely beautiful area. We enjoyed Bellagio and Varenna a lot.

Donatella made our stay splendid! She was a fantastic host - the best! So thoughtful. We were grateful that she accommodated us last minute. She helped us arrange transportation and lunch and dinner reservations. All recommendations were wonderful. The view from the villa is phenomenal and peaceful. Grazie!

The host is amazing and drove me to the train station when I couldn’t get a taxi. She is also am excellent cook.
