Excellent customer service !!

We stayed 6 nights. Was told the two Queen bedroom we reserved a month prior had an emergency and had to upgrade or downgrade. Went with the upgrade, got a little discount with for a King and a cot for either my daughter or myself to sleep on (was practically on floor level, plastic covered mattress, and sunk in), bathroom door barely closed, tv didn’t work first night - called for maintenance - wasn’t fixed till the last night we were there (was told to request another room, did the first 3 night and they didn’t have any…just gave up), only 2 working elevators (the line went out the entrance for people waiting to squish in, was not given prior notice that there would be construction in the room above us (sounded like a jackhammer and drills at our ceiling from 8-10am). The staff did compensate, but at the rate paid, would have chosen another hotel. The nice thing was housekeeping did a great job and were super sweet!

Bad place I will never stay again

The room old and get mold on the ceiling

The room we stayed in had been recently renovated. It was very nice and we enjoyed the two queen beds. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The location was very convenient to walk or take the subway.

Property is safe and clean. Rooms are spacious for NYC. Elevators were an issue on this particular stay but not generally.

Old building but does the job as it is close to Time Square

Great location for Times Square and Central Park & public transportation. The property itself is so-so.

Whether it was amazing I need comeback next year

Convenient location!
