messed up my room got an upgrade food was ok not walkable at all got taxi everywhere

Wonderful staff, well-maintained environment. A lovely and safe children’s pool, as well as a clean main pool with plenty of sun loungers. Excellent value for money. Generous breakfast. Very comfortable beds! We are satisfied with our stay.

This place is great for families, we were the first guests for the summer season and the staff was amazing and went above and beyond when we ran into issues due to them first opening. The staff was so friendly a they even have evening activities, it reminds me of an all inclusive hotel.

Room, staff, service and grounds were lovely. The only thing missing was a nice beach and dining options nearby. Parking availability was also difficult if returning late in evening. We really enjoyed our stay at Kresten Palace and would return again.

The staff in the hotel was nice, however we had so many issues at the property. Air conditioner in our room didn’t seemed to work, we had very poor nights as it was hot in our room. When we showered, the whole restroom flooded. We called three times and they did send a maintenance person but the issue was never fixed. We finished our showers stepping into a pool of water each time. ( and bring your own shampoo, they dont provide shampoo or conditioner, buy they have a mini market to buy). Overall nice people and customer service from employees. Property unfortunately needs some work.

My experience wasn’t the greatest it felt like if you weren’t white you weren’t treated well

The bus stops right outside the hotel were useful for getting to and from Rodos cheaply rather than relying on taxis. Also theres a taxi rank right over the road should you need it. Theres also supermarkets/ tavernas/ pharmacies in a walkable distance away should you need then. Staff were really helpful and welcoming, room was clean but could have done with a few more toiletries in the bathroom. The fridge in the room was a godsend for storing water!

A lovely hotel with great buffet breakfast each day. Facilities were super with a great pool and access to a beach. Good location very central to Rhodes town and Faliraki.
