最高 Great location, very helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great in the heat wave. Would definitely stay there again.

The lobby looks shabby but once you pass it and get to the room and nice bathroom, you'll feel way better. My bedroom did not have a good view but didn't miss it. The hotel is excellently located, near bus stops, steps from Plaza Espana, Palacio Real, near Deboh Temple, Gran Via...really liked the location!

The view was terrible. The hotel is so old especialy the hotel corridor wall papers. The look in general was not pleasant although it was clean.

Great location right opposite the Palace and a short walk to both Gran Via and Centro. Internal room with no Palace view was good and clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
Get a room with a Palace view to take the vibe up a notch.
