A wonderful family-friendly hotel in a great location. The staff is warm and attentive, making you feel at home from the start. Rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, with AC and comfortable beds. Breakfast stands out, offering a solid variety of hot and cold dishes along with some good pastries. The location is convenient too, just a short 10-minute walk from Atocha train station. A reliable choice for families visiting Madrid!

The breakfast is very good! Plenty of choices in a very spacious dining area Very good location with the Puerta de Atocha station for buses and trains within 10 mins walk. The elevator and bathrooms are on the small size scale! Some noise at corridors from housekeeping after 8:30am Shuttle service should be considered with a fee for guests with baggage to pickup at station and return

Great location, walking distance to all the major attractions, 30 minutes or less. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is dated but looks well maintained and seems to cater mainly for groups which is very apparent at breakfast times and reception area. Breakfast was plentiful with healthy options. Rooms are fine and clean. The biggest issue is a complete lack of any soundproofing between rooms & corridors, leading to very little sleep. I chose the hotel for the proximity to the train station as I was in Madrid only as a base for visiting other cities.

Air conditioning was very good. Same thing for breakfast, lots of choices and it tasted pretty good in general. The breakfast was the main highlight of the stay. Room was a bit outdated. Internet was most of the time slow even for general browsing and pressure from shower was low. Shower temperature was good. Bar fridge was a very good addition. Slight distance from main train station. We got short notice about our room being painted. The lady staff gave us new room. I'm not complaining about the inconvenience but when I returned the old key cards for our room, she made me wait for about 15-20 minutes as there were two separate guests on the line. When I gave her the key cards, I thought I was going to sign something but not really. I was already tired moving our stuff to next room and just came back from tour so the wait in the line was a bit irritating and tiresome when she could have quickly grabbed the key cards and so I could leave.

Perfect for the traveler. Very comfortable and helpful staff especially since my Spanish is not very good. :)

Room was fine.Aircon very effective.Reception staff very helpful.Ate in restaurant and found gentleman taking order very brusque to the point of rudeness.Breakfast service - good choice but ends at 10.30 so if you turn up at 10.25 as one family did you need to be quick!
