I stayed at this hotel expecting a simple and comfortable experience, which was mostly the case in terms of the room and overall cleanliness. However, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. During my stay, a large group (a youth baseball team) was using the breakfast area at the same time. The space became extremely crowded, with a long line forming, making it practically impossible for other guests to access the food. As a result, I was unable to have breakfast at all. I understand that group bookings are important for hotels, but there should be better management or some form of limitation or time allocation to prevent this kind of situation. Otherwise, it significantly impacts the experience of other guests. I hope the hotel can improve how they handle group guests during peak times.

駅からすぐで立地が最高です。ビジネスマンの方が多く、チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズです。朝ごはんもおいしかったです。

Clean hotel. Parking is only 500 yen (~$3.75), and is on-site, but is an automated garage, so you need to take everything you might need with you as it is a hassle to get anything out of your car until the next morning. Breakfast looked good, but the menu only showed salad and rice (traditional Japanese), so we declined but saw juice and pastries as we were leaving, so would have taken advantage of the free breakfast had we known. Bathroom is small, and washcloths are not provided. The bed was a queen size, but very firm. The room was very comfortable and the temperature was easy to adjust.

Spacious, clean, convenient and they give you free breakfast. This one gave us mainly Onigiris. If it's not your thing, you might want to skip breakfast... Parking is Y500 a night which is pretty cheap.

The size of the room and bathroom surprised me. It was a really good size for two people but I went solo. Just a short walk from Nishitetsu-Kurume station. Lots of eatery, shopping, and convenience nearby. Service is great and they have free breakfast. Highly recommended.

It was close to the station so I made it use to move around the city

The room was clean and efficient. It was well worth the price. Location was next to the train and bus station and worked well for us. Breakfast was served in the lobby and was excellent.
