WiFi is not the best. The pool is nice but if you have kids they have quiet hours from 7pm to 10pm and it closes at 10pm. The hotel is clean. No one assists with luggage. They do a great job with cleaning the rooms. Hotel is nice but they should give you that more luxury experience with help with luggage, wifi that works, and scratch the quiet time for the pool. Breakfast was ok and over priced, better choices surrounded the hotel.

This is a great hotel, inside the old town which has limited car traffic. You can move around on foot from it even out of old town. It was a great property location, restaurant and staff.

Beautiful property…,staff very accommodating and helpful. Beautiful rooms….great shower. Wonderful spa…so relaxing and great food in the Italian restaurant! Also located close to the old town square…. With many shops and restaurants! Great place to stay.

The room was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything our family needed. I especially enjoyed having both a soaking bathtub and a spacious shower. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town, yet the room was remarkably quiet.
We were extremely happy with the hotel we chose and would gladly stay there again.

Great hotel. Great location. Only complaint was the WiFi was not working. Other than that; I loved it.
