We booked on the day and the staff were really helpful. Got a room with a gorgeous view and they encouraged to join the loyalty scheme which gave us 15% off all food and drinks for our stay.

hotel was very nice and convenient to train station . service was good. I would not recommend eating dinner there . Not bad but not worth the price

Staff were friendly and engaging at check in and out. Efficient, conversant, nice.
Assistance with baggage was excellent even for the unusual request to store a bicycle until the rental agency picked it up. Each staff member was also attendant, friendly, and conversational.
My room was perfectly pleasant. I love the contemporary design, furnishings and features. Delightful.
Breakfast was well executed and delicious.
I will stay here again in 6 days … happily.

Very convenient location for the Central Station - only 5 minutes walk away.
A busy hotel with helpful staff. It appeared well maintained, the rooms were well appointed with lots of plugs for chargers etc.
A good breakfast service with plenty of choice served in a comfortable breakfast room.
There is a large bar if you want to have a drink and reasonably priced for city centre.
There are a lot or restaurants a short walk away so you don't need to go in to the centre of Milan for a meal. This was a big plus after a busy day sightseeing.

We loved the location and hotel. Our only frustration was having leftover food that we were hoping to sit and eat before the next day check out. We went to sit in the outdoor table area but bartender told us we cannot sit there. It’s I guess for only drinks and food from the hotel dining restaurant. So there was no where to sit and eat except the bed or little desk area in the room.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Very quiet considering it is located by the train station. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very good with many options.

Don’t like the front grand staircase which is difficult to climb with heavy luggage.
