The rooms are well appointed. Clean and fully updated. The beddings are lovely and the bathrooms are massive with baths and luxuries. The breakfast was good too and well thought out. The property has a home feel and whole stay experience was without any issues. There is free parking too. The staff are helpful and very responsive to any request.

Quiet and a bit dated, but very clean. Don’t be fooled by the BA1 postcode. It’s in a quiet residential area - you’ll be around a 10-12 minute drive from the centre. Design of the rooms raised a few eyebrows during my stay. Things like no charger ports, and no internal lock on the room door are things that you might expect all hotels to provide these days. Also mildly annoying is that the ensuite has huge windows with no blinds, and they’ve for some reason installed a glazed door between the bathroom and the room - so all the light from the bathroom windows floods into the bedroom in the wee hours of the morning. No idea why anyone thought this would be a good idea.

We stayed in a superior double room very large room and massive bathroom - no air con but there was a floor standing fan each side of the bed so nice touch - lovely breakfast room and good selection - the negatives no wardrobe just a small rail with a couple of hangers but ok if it’s just for 1 night - no laundry bag

Spotless, floors felt clean, sheets crisp and very clean feeling

This hotel does not have air conditioning. Granted, it does not list it as an amenity on their website, but with high quality of the establishment, and price of the room in this day and age, it was expected as a given. We didn't book a cheap hostel. It's not as if you can sleep with windows open with no screens in the busy City. We had to move to another hotel because of the heat.

Although the property is about 30 minute walk from the city center and no central AC is in your room, the quiet neighborhood and guaranteed peace and quiet is a great perk. There are fans provided to stay cool in the summer time. If you’re driving, they have parking guaranteed for guests and the gentleman at the reception desk was an outstanding host. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and luxurious. Lastly, their breakfast was lovely. I highly recommend this property.

A lovely, quiet place to stay.

Nice and quiet location with easy and free parking. Not much in the way of local restaurants within walking distance. Recommend this hotel.
