For the price we paid of the room (yes it was rugby finals) but it was expensive for a basic room and the price kept going up daily, the curtains in the window were mismatched one orange one brown, there is no Shampoo or conditioner, there is one bottle of hand hair and body wash so take your own, I didn’t find staff that friendly

The underground parking is convenient but is an extra 40$. There was no hot chocolate or sweetener in the room. Weird smell but think it's the body wash

upon arrival. reception service disapointing. looks like staff not in work mode. paid for room . after 2 hrs came back as room was not ready to pickup room keys. they asked for payment again. no details of payment . room ok for a night. basic. . shower pressure very low.
being an accor property. very disapointing

Great location. Rooms are basic but all you need to sleep, staff were great.
Parking is a bit tight but convenient there is onsite parking for $40

I thought the front office and bar manager who attended to us with questions were very helpful and pleasant.
Checking in and out was seamless.
Location of the hotel is amazing for getting pubs and the waterfront.
