I really enjoy staying here. Very flexible property.

The bed was super comfortable and the over sized fluffy pillows were amazing!! My room was well cleaned and the staff was super friendly!

The rooms were extremely clean

Nice huge clean room and friendly. Many choices of food and restaurants to eat at. My view was not what was expecting however other than that my stay was nice and I felt safe a solo female traveler. I would recommend staying at this hotel again soon.

No complaints here. Staff was great, got upgraded to a spa suite and would highly recommend that room for a longer stay when you can really enjoy it. Great location on the strip.

Nice hotel. I would stay again. Check in with the computer was alittle tricky and confusing. Tells you the room but then when you find the correct elevator. It’s tricky to know which floor. Better instructions would be nice. But overall good property

The check-in process was infuriating. They had self check-in kiosks that were arranged poorly creating a frenzy, free for-all, no rhyme or reason. It was chaos. I opted to stand in line to check-in with a human person and they had staff going through the line to check people out via iPads so it made it hard to gage the actual wait time. I tried to go around a group that was getting checked in on a tablet by a staff member and the staff literally put his hand up at my face level and said no, you can't go around which I found very rude. Another lady named Annie told us kiosks were available, and when I said no thank you Id prefer to wait on a person she got INCREDIBLY caddy and copped an attitude, almost would not take no for an answer. I continued to decline and she continued to make sly comments and talk to me in a condescending tone. Juan ultimately came up and practically forced us to let him check us in on the tablet but could not answer any of my questions and sent me to self help chaos to get my keys. Took 5 keys to get 2 that would activate appropriately. I would have been much happier and it would have been so much easier to just talk to a person. I walked by Annie during our stay a few times and she was getting short and rude with other customers as well. Not very welcoming, organized, or efficient. The room was lovely though I must say, so the actual stay was incredible. Check in is a nightmare here, be warned.

Clean room , easy check in , lot of fun ,worth the stay

Nice hotel clean beds are comfortable and the rooms are big .i highly recommend it
