Booked all inclusive deluxe room with balcony. Room was spacious, hd tv with an english movie channel. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Gym had some new cardio equipment and a full set of dumbells up to 24kg and 3 benches. Also had a nautilus machine but had seen better days. Food was excellent, good choice for the buffet and also themed nights Bar staff were brilliant Also has a waterpark but never had the chance to use it. About 20 mins walk to Naama bay centre but plenty of taxis if needed. Definitely go back again

Internet good in room / poor in other areas of hotel. Check in not well organised and unfriendly staff - not good experience. Generally other staff throughout the hotel were excellent and really helpful. Shower in room excellent as was air conditioning.

5⭐️ Review – 3 Week Stay at Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland (Extended from 2 Weeks!) I originally booked for two weeks and ended up extending for a third week — which honestly says everything about my experience. My opinion genuinely improved day by day. The hotel is very well put together in terms of logistics. Everything runs smoothly, it’s organised, and the shuttle bus to the beach is frequent and reliable. The grounds are beautiful, and there are so many little things that come together to make the stay special. Guest relations were fantastic. Caroline was amazing and really helped me move my room. Ali was also very helpful, and another lady (I didn’t catch her name) was equally supportive. They genuinely try hard to resolve issues and make guests comfortable. Reception can be a little slow — that’s probably my only criticism. On one occasion it took around 25 minutes to move my room, and there was a small error that meant I had to move again. But overall, they are helpful — just not the quickest. If you’re travelling with a baby, I would definitely recommend requesting a ground floor room in the Parkland area. It makes life much easier with a buggy. It can be slightly noisy outside, but once the door is closed, it’s absolutely fine. Only something to consider if you’re a very light sleeper. The food is great. Some people say it’s repetitive, but honestly — what do we eat at home? Pretty similar meals every few days! There’s plenty of choice. I had salad daily and was

There was an extra charge on the accommodation room as the receptionist staff told me I had booked the accommodation for 1 person and not two, despite already paying for a double room. The room was not clean and the other guests at the hotel had a similar experience

Place is very nice and very clean, it is not high end put still very clean, has big number of swiming pools, and the waterpark is amazing really fun and excellent (I have 3 teenagers that always complaining hahahah, but they did enjoy the place and the waterpark) Comments 1: animation team wasnt that active, they need some additional programs. Comment 2. The food has good varity and the sweet buffet looks amazing put the swwet are good design but not good telaste, so over the 5 days was no goo cheese cake, put still we ate alot hahahaha

I have stayed at your hotel 3 times in the past 12 months and i enjoyed it very much. Service, staff, cleanliness etc very good and the front desk do their best to accomodate your room requests and all staff are friendly and nice. I do have 2 issues however. They have their own in house Taxi service which is fair enough but 3 times as expensive but they do not give guests the choice to call for their own taxi from outside or even be dropped back to the front of hotel if you do use a licensed Egyptian taxi from outside the hotel. Other hotels do allow this even with their own in house taxis so it is unfair for guests to walk 100 metres from the security gate pickup/drop off point for outside taxis to front of hotel and is not a nice walk in the heat if carrying bags or Going/Coming from beach or shopping. I have a mobility ankle problem and painful to walk at sometimes of the day so i like to take a taxi direct from A to B when this happens but I end up walking 100metres to or from Taxi drop off point as security do not let taxis in? if they are worried about competition to their inhouse taxis then just take the driving License from the outside taxi driver at the gate and give it back when they exit to ensure they haven't picked up a fare from a hotel guest inside the grounds before they exit. Also they close the pools too early in May, the sunsets at 7.20pm Then and not dark until 8.10pm but they close pools at 6.20pm? keep open until 7.30. is still 28C in evening in May

Lovely 7 night stay. Not much to complain about, every thing was good/excellent overall and plus sides too much to mention from great service and lovely friendly staff , clean grounds and interiors, lovely big pool and smaller quiet pool and added bonus of a fair sized aqua slide park with adult and children's sections separate. The Only downside if i was being pedantic and picky was the inconsistency in the knowledge of procedures amongst the security and gate staff which some times led to me having to do an additional 100m walk (big hotel outer grounds) from hotel reception area to the outer gate or roadside and vice versa because some security would refuse entry to the grounds such as booked taxis and excursions whereas others would allow them in without hassle right up to the reception entrance. It was an unnecessary additional walk for me with bad ankle in terms of star rating, the hotel has grand aesthetical looks but its more a 4star in UK standard rating as opposed to the 5star they are rated and this is primarily because of the variety of food which was plentiful but repetitive and not as varied as a 5star international spread would cater for but defo something can be found to happily eat daily. Beds/Bedroom furnishing not a 5star quality either and no blackout blinds even in deluxe room which we had so light flooded the room from sunrise at 6am but other than those minor observations, The hotel didn't really have any other faults to complain about.

Food is very good Staff in the bars is not friendly Aqua park is amazing Beaches are amazing
