In past this hotel was great. This is no longer the case. The mattress is well past its service life. The shower leaks water across bathroom floor and makes for an unsafe bathroom. These are basic items and most certainly have been raised by others many times before me. So management is either not able to address or not concerned. So this was disappointing as this was a great hotel in past.

The views are nice

Recomiendo este hotel el servicio es excelente. Estaba recién operada durante mi estancia y fueron muy atentos y generosos. Vale la pena quedé encantada sin dudas regresaría

Hotel de negocios muy bien ubicado en el sur de la ciudad habitaciones amplias y cómodas Me pareció un cobro excesivo para un hotel de trabajo (tal vez con la excusa del mundial) El personal de recepcion siempre fue atento Pero el problema fue con servicio a la habitación, a pesar de cobrar mas de 100usd por una persona extra, Ninguna de las 3 noches dejaron 3 toallas ni botellas de agua para 3 personas Son pequeños detalles pero hacen la diferencia

I love this hotel!! The staff are always impeccably groomed, attentive, and smiling. I traveled solo and stayed there for 9 days; I would head out in the mornings, and upon my return, my room was always clean and spotless. I recommend it 100%.

I love this place so much, that i dont care that its not Roma Norte.
