最高 A gorgeous room! I stayed in the king suite with the garden view and also the studio with the building view. Obviously the king was much more amazing but they were both fantastic!
What stood out was the cleanliness, sound proofing, kitchen and washing machine (king suite) and the delicious breakfast with so many choices.
I’d absolutely stay here again! Adam and his team took care of me and were so wonderful to deal with. Thank you for a positive stay!

最高 It's not the first time we stayed there, and it didn't disappoint. The place is clean, with a mix of regular residents and travelers. We liked the buffet breakfast, with several choices of almond milk and low fat milk, chefs on standby to make eggs, omelets and pancakes. The pool is clean, not busy and the right temperature and depth. We particularly liked the pool (billiard) table which my son enjoyed a lot. Two staff, Hanh and Adam, are noteworthy, as they exceeded helpfulness and Hanh even took time from his break to play with my son, so 5 stars to them.

最高 All the staff go are all very friendly and the service is superb.
The rooms are spacious and clean. We are a family of 5 with adult and late teens children, the apartment is perfect.
There's a construction at the front of the property at the time of our stay but we stayed at the apartment that faces the garden, so it was ok and there's no noise.
Gym and pool are excellent. It is walking distance to the a mini mart via a beautiful small neighbourhood street.

Beautiful apartments and lovely staff, welcoming but not intrusive and the apartments had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. There is currently construction around the hotel which might be a bit noisy if you were just wanting to relax by the pool all day but couldn’t hear it at all in the room. Grab was always there in less than 5 minutes to go anywhere, and breakfast has a great selection!

The hotel met our expectations. Customer service was excellent, we enjoyed the breakfast and the room was clean, spacious and we had a lake view. Check in and check out were a breeze, they held our luggage for us.

Front desk staff was great!
Housekeeping staff was great also!
But the kitchen staff was unfriendly and unresponsive. I felt as if I was being ignored. The food presentation was great, but the staff was not.
