Had a good time at pool with kids

The checkin and checkout process was seamless. The room was much biggert than I anticipated and I loved the pool amenities. Would stay here agin!

It was a great experience. I was surprised!

The fact that smoking is allowed in the gambling area meant I had to walk through the secondhand smoke to go anywhere. It was NOT pleasant. I only stayed here because of the conference being held here.

The tiny fridge in my room does not get cold BUT the paid mini bar is cold. I guess it's one of their tactics to make you buy their drinks. The tech said it's for storage (not to put your food or medicine that needs to get cold) The bathroom sink is slowly draining. There was mold in the shower area edges. There some hair under the blanket. I did reported the fridge but I told the tech I have a dog in the room and I don't want my privacy be ruined waiting for them to come besides it's my vacation. I told them to make sure everything is working before they rent the room to their guests. Also which is very inconvenient that they don't let their guests borrow a luggage cart. They want you to call their bell boy so you can pay them. It's a hassle to drag your luggage from the parking lot which is very far. This hotel is good for short stays when you only have one bag to carry.

We had a horrible stay. When we arrived we had credit for food which we could not use due to most places being closed....our shower did not work. Our TV did not work....the wifi was slow and unsecure. I received an expired bottle of soda....they do not tell you that in addition to the cost of the hotel they charge an extra $200 no matter the payment type...so a 350$ stay becomes almost $600. The front desk lady and staff were very rude and inconsiderate when speaking with them regarding the shower, tv, and wifi. I could go on and on but let's just sum it up with...when staying at a high-end hotel it should be a smooth enjoyable experience.....we spent most of our time stressed and at the front desk in those long line!!! Low staff..ugh

Love that they have adult Pool, Didn’t Like that the Fridge in Room has now a sensor and we have to pay to use it.

First we get there and we couldn’t check in , using the self check in . So we had to get in line . The line was super long . Second once I got to the registration desk , the customer service was terrible . They wouldn’t honor late check out . The customer service rep didn’t even explain how our food credit worked during our stay . Third when we get to the room . The room was rundown and dirty . Sheet weren’t clean and rug wasn’t vacuumed properly. We found pills and trash on the floor.. The pool was closed . Bottom line I don’t recommend this hotel . I wouldn’t stay here again . Bad experience overall . If a child found that pill on the floor you would definitely be in big trouble..
