Great staff

Aside from the long wait on elevators, our stay was nice. Hotel is close to Queen Elizabeth Theatre and BC Place. Staff were very friendly and the rooms are comfy.

Great location and good parking options. We were in the old part of the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable.

We checked in at 2am due to flight delay. We were exhausted, but were greeted with a bed with hair on bed, pillow and later saw hair in shower which we didn’t use yet. We called front desk. They came up and changed the bedding.

The room was comfortable, air-conditioned, and clean, and the view was great. In addition, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed prior to our cruise for 3 days….good location…nice reasonable priced hotel central to what we wanted….Moxies was excellent for our food requirements really very nice….we would definitely book again

The rooms were very nice! I really liked the waterfall shower. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they really went the extra mile to make me and my dog feel like welcomed guests! The staff even gave my dog treats! The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars all across the board is there was a couple hairs in the shower, there was a small orange stain on the sheet and a tin of half eaten hard candies beside the bed.

The building was in an aged state with varying ventilation and no cooling in corridors. The elevator was very slow servicing the floors and there was not a service elevator that caused longer waits. The air conditioning in the room was undersized and older, not providing proper cooling and the thermostat was disconnected. The bathroom was well stocked and the beds were nicely fitted. The pool was great for the children and was provided with a hot tub. Overall, the hotel was adequate and was nicely finished in areas; however was not matched in value to the price of accommodation.

We stayed at this hotel during our visit for a world cup game. Location was convenient and walking distance from the stadium. Since it was during World Cup of course it was overpriced (over $700 per night). But the hotel is really outdated, no noise insulation, and rooms were not clean. Moreover, they messed up with my reservation and overcharged my card. If I didn’t pay attention I would probably miss it and paid an extra night.

All was good only elavator so slow ..took so long to use elevator ..thats why we need to used the stairs even if your on higher floor..
