This is one of the hotels that there isn’t really anything one can complain about. It was exceptionally clean, great staff and great location. The room was slightly on the smaller size but as for the rest everything was excellent

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The room was super clean and modern, the amenities were great (although a rooftop pool would be a nice addition), having a Nobu restaurant in the lobby was very convenient but most importantly the front desk staff and concierges were the best we have ever experienced, most notably, Chiara R, Chiara P and Alessandra. They were always friendly with greetings as we would come and go and were enthusiastic about wanting to assist with everything, including tourist activities, restaurant recommendations and reservations and transportation needs (they even arranged for my little daughter to have kid-sized slippers and a robe). I cannot recommend this hotel more or compliment the staff enough. 10/10.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. I’d highly recommend it for anyone coming to Rome. My only criticism is the layout on the ground floor. There isn’t really much of a “common area” in the lobby to hang out, have a coffee, etc. The lobby space is a little limited, and the only restaurant is the Nobu restaurant. It would be nice if there were a bit more space with comfortable seating. But otherwise top marks for the hotel - I’d definitely come back!!

During my stay at Nobu Hotel, I experienced a serious issue with accessing the hotel late at night. I went out for the evening with my wife and returned to the hotel, expecting to be able to enter without any problems. However, the entrance gate was closed, and there was no one available in the lobby to assist us or open the gate. My wife and I were left waiting outside for approximately 15 minutes. Fortunately, a hotel employee happened to be walking down the street and noticed us. He had to go around to the back of the hotel to get the attention of other employees so that someone could finally open the gate and allow us inside. This was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, especially for guests returning to the hotel at night. The situation was made even worse by the fact that no one apologized, acknowledged the inconvenience, or offered any explanation for why guests were left outside without assistance. I chose to stay at Nobu Hotel expecting a high level of service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I believe the hotel should review what happened and take steps to ensure that guests are never left outside without access to the property or assistance from staff. Given the inconvenience and poor handling of the situation, I would appreciate a response from management regarding this incident and would like the hotel to consider an appr

Some work is needed, for example the phones did not work. Anytime a call to the front desk or room service was needed we had to either walk downstairs or send a text message. The staff were very helpful and attentive. They were in process of replacing their phone system.

Unfortunately not the 5-star experience you’re looking for. While the staff is very friendly and attentive, the hotel doesn’t meet the standards one would expect for a 5 star hotel. The beds are quite disappointing and uncomfortable, we asked for a mattress topper and it wasn’t provided. We found a pair of slippers which were packed dirty and used when we first arrived. The phones in the room dont work at all, you have to use the one in the bathroom. We once called for room service, for which we waited for 25min until someone picked up the phone to make the order. We were celebrating out wedding and on our wedding night when we got back to our room, we didn’t get housekeeping that day and the room hadn’t been done. In general, not the unfortunate events you would expect for a €900 a night 5-star hotel. Very disappointed.

Simply amazing! Special thanks to Alessia, Chiara and the other staff at reception and guest services. They went above and beyond! Great location and service is impeccable.
