Everything is great especially the team is excellent

Lovely hotel and amazing staff.

Everything was amazing! I didn’t have to left a finger. They were nice and accommodating and the stay felt like home. The AC was great (coming from someone from Miami) and the staff did everything possible to make the stay a pleasant experience!

Fantastic hotel but…. The bed in the panoramic room was very badly worn had two massive dips in and had a rubber mattress cover so was very sweaty and uncomfortable rest of hotel was great

They double charged my stay Recognized the error but at the end of the day , I had to dispute the charges Simply horrific for such a reputable brand Stay away from staff …. They say one thing and do something else

After reading countless reviews about where to stay in Frankfurt, I was lucky enough to choose the JW for the first part of the trip. The reviews here don’t do justice of how perfect this hotel was. From the high tech room with panoramic views of the city to the extra comfortable mattress and best Hotel gym I’ve ever been, this is the only place to be in Frankfurt. The location is simply the best , right on the heart of everything including shopping , markets etc. The staff was excellent and in case you’re still comparing to the competitors 5 stars make no mistake , you won’t regret .

Excellent location with high end shops across the street. There is a lot if construction outside so be ready to wait a bit longer for your Uber.

JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt was amazing. The rooms were spotless, the staff friendly and help full and the breakfast had everything I could want and more. I would recommend this hotel very highly. The Marriott Frankfurt was just amazing.

Just back from a short trip in Frankfurt with my daughter. The JW Marriott hotel is exceptional and I couldn't rate it high enough. From the moment you enter the doors you are treated so well. Every single staff member that we encountered was professional and friendly. One of the best hotels, if not the best, I have ever stayed in. The hotel is spotless the rooms are gorgeous. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. A big shout out for the wonderful Julija for looking after myself and my daughter so well and making our trip so memorable. If you are heading to Frankfurt this is the only hotel to stay in! Also the hotel is right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything. We want to go back to Frankfurt just to stay here again.
