Nice and clean hotel. there is a tram stop in front of it. Railway is also at the next stop. The breakfast is very rich with many choices. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

We got there a little early but they allow us to check in very nice place great accommodations and breakfast too all in all we have a great time ♥️

The property is well located and also the room was very clean, and was great de breakfast

The staff was excellent. Very helpful with ideas and directions to the city. I didn’t take the breakfast option so I can’t tell you what that’s like. Bring soap! They never filled the containers in my room but I always bring soap with me since I dislike hotel soap anyway. Coffee was good. The access to the Tram right outside the hotel is like insanely convenient! The lobby is nice also. I spent my time reading books and had free apples they put out and tea/coffee. I’d stay here again.

Very clean room, not a convenient location. Small room and no in room coffee or tea. Limited space to even think about unpacking. Staff helpful not much in walking distance.

Hotel Niu is modern and comfortable. The room is nice, with a comfortable bed. We missed having a fridge and more space to store our clothes, but this did not spoil our experience. All the staff were very attentive. The breakfast was very good, with many options, but a little expensive. Transportation was very convenient; the main attractions in the center of Vienna were easily reached by tram (less them 20 min). I recommend the accommodation.

Excellent breakfast! Huge plus the train is right outside. Would recommend bringing earplugs in case a room is assigned at the back of the building where the train passes through, was pretty noisy at times. Other than that excellent stay!
