とても良いパートナーと滞在
It was good and clean, its just the size a little bit quite smaller. Service is good and consistent giving towels and coffee. Stuff is friendly and accommodating. Location is not bad at all.

とても良いひとりで滞在
The room was small but had everything you needed - there were brilliant free toiletries and the bed was really comfy. The only thing was that the room was boiling hot, and you couldn’t adjust the temperature (as it’s controlled at reception) or open the window.

Good amenities, convenient location, next to the train station, ame yokocho and the corner Hokkaido style diner "Bibibi"

Great hotel, not too far from Ueno station (around 20mn walks), very comfy bed, all you need in the room. Only inconvenient is there is only one elevator and no stairs. So even if you want to take the stairs, you can't, its not. So don't leave at 10am for the checkout, at the same time than everyone... Otherwise, great litte hotel !

The hotel is relatively new and modern. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The linens are changed every 3 days, and towels daily. There is a grocery and Walgreen front-end store combined very close by. 5 minute walk to the nearest train station.

Extremely slow elevator. Only 1 elevator for the entire building. Waited almost an hr for an elevator in order to check out during peak time. Otherwise, staff are nice and room was clean.
