There were flies in out first room so they moved us when we checked in. Pictures are outdated- hotel is older than it appears.
Ride to cruise terminal was efficient and helpful.

I felt like we got our room at a good value, there is a free shuttle to Canada Place. There is also a free breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay here again

The staff were okay. We got to our room and I started doing bed checks, I found 2 hairs on the comforter and stains on the sheets. They ended up bringing us new sheets but when I laid it out there was another hair on the sheets. I also had bought a balcony room but we did not end up getting a balcony and they were fully booked so we could not get a new room. Breakfast was okay.
