Good place

It's a horrible place.. omg it was a terrible expiriance

clean & well priced

Where is first got to my room I open the door with the card to see someone sitting on the couch. I ran out quickly. to i saw someone who works at the hotel in the hall. I ask.him if it was the right room. He said yes that he just clean this room. He looked inside and it seem like he new the person that was in there. It gave me a unsafe feeling. The halls where dirty. The outside parking was fill of trash. I picked this hotel cause breakfast was included. When i saw that breakfast was muffin and hot water to make instant oatmeal. Was very disappointed.

Breakfast was grab & go. Floors needed mopping in the room. For a suite hotel, I had to go to the front desk to get dishes, silverware, pots & pans etc. There was nothing in the room. Items were loaded in a plastic bin and handed to me. Very disappointing!

We are a family of 6 and chose this ‘hotel’ for the room size - and it was sufficient for us. Breakfast was minimal but ok for a quick grab and go. The staff were polite and helpful. The washing facilities were good and the pool was ideal and quiet. The establishment itself was quiet with no rowdiness. However this was definitely more of a motel and people definitely reside there which to us was a little odd. Overall this place was good value for money but I do think it needs to be pitched more as a residential motel than hotel.

Giving a 3 star based on the price. The staff was great, the room was OK but other guests noise, there was a couple fighting and the sheriff had to come and as soon as the sheriff left, another fight in the lobby. It was crazy. I will not stay here again.

Hotel looks rundown, staff was not friendly.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, the experience was terrible. The hotel is extremely dirty, from the elevator all the way to the room. It’s clear that there is a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance throughout the property. We booked with breakfast included, but when we went down in the morning, there was practically nothing—just coffee and a few granola bars. That is not breakfast. We rented a suite with a kitchen, but it didn’t have any utensils. On top of that, the room lacked basic essentials: no shampoo, no conditioner, and no soap. The towels were stained, and overall everything felt very unhygienic. I don’t understand how a place in such a good location, advertised as “deluxe,” can be in such poor condition. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I do not recommend it at all.
