とても良い Our stay was only for one night, as we chose this hotel because we had an early morning cruise to the Bahamas the next day. Unfortunately, our experience started very badly. The person at the front desk who greeted us was unwelcoming. We felt very uncomfortable from the moment we arrived and certainly did not receive the warm welcome we expected. First impressions matter, and sadly this one was very disappointing.

良い It took almost an hour and repeated phone calls to get the shuttle from the airport and then the driver tried to charge us more than the quoted price. Checkin was 3 pm and we had to wait until after 4:15 pm for our rooms to be ready. Welcome water was empty. Room was too pricey for their service.
