Good breakfast. Daily housekeeping does the minimum only. Bar staff did not know the difference between beer and cider and charged us for their mistake. Has gone downhill since change of ownership

Good location in a mall with many stores and close to public transport.

It was strange to find that the Best Western Hotel was entirely within as shopping centre. The signage to it could have bene a lot better. I booked the hotel because it was cheaper than in the city centre, but it was right next to a metro station (pity that one of the escalators to the platform was out of use), and a little further to the nearest tram stop. Buses also nearby, although I didn't use them. The breakfast had the widest range of food that I had experienced on my fortnight-long trip around mainland Europe - included meatballs!

This hotel is immaculate and is in close proximity to transportation (quick trip to stockholm) railtoad bus etc.lets not forget to mention it's inside a mall. You can have the convenience of shopping have dinner or get your nails done your hair done. Breakfast is great and the staff are very courteous. A wonderful shout out to the staff at reception they were great. I would definitely recommend for all those reasons above

Very clean room. Had a small fan available to move the air around since the window didn’t open for safety reasons. Breakfast was much better than you find in the US. It was nice having the hotel in the mall. There is no exterior entrance, but easy access via key card at the entrance closest to the Main entrance of T(subway) Solna Centrum station. Also have access to several bus lines and the streetcar line. Short walk from Solna Station for the commuter railroads.
