Staff goes extra mile to cater to all needs. Guest relations manager at reception to wasantha from laundry. And staff at cheers pub. Grt all around

Plenty of space & definitely my favourite hotel in Colombo, if they can have a 24/7 open bar can definitely improve the quality of the place, unfortunately Cheers pub & breeze bar close around midnight

Busy hotel with many events and options. Rooms are small but clean. Shower has “pin you to the wall” pressure and that often floods bathroom. We’ve had several stays in different rooms and floors- all same shower experience . Room staff is kind and efficient. Restaurants are good but breakfast gets repetitive.
Front desk and lobby staff are welcoming and caring. Prime location to get about Colombo and convenient to mall and beach. Nicely maintained and ambiance is real.

Seems a little tired and feels unloved. Far fewer restaurant options than previously. Customer Service is not as good. No longer exchanges currency. All made for a poorer experience.

良い Cinnamon Grand is sadly a fallen legend
Legacy power points / 10 year old TVs / Poor attention details / Very poor food / Massively Over Priced compared to new boutique hotels / Fridges dont work / No Smart TVs
Stay Elsewhere for Modern Amenities , Food Relevance and Much Better Pricing
Cinnamon Grand is an Over Priced Relic

Natasha and all of the servers, cleaning folx etc were wonderful. They addressed issues right away and did it with kindness and care. My only quibble would be the service at breeze, which can be a bit slow.

Centrally Located and convenient city hotel. Sri Lankan restaurant is excellent it’s a must try quality and authentic.
