The private pool was fantastic and clean. The room was cleaned well everyday

My second time here, nice hotel great location and friendly staff

The room was clean the bed a four poster was fabulous a bit hard, but I like a medium bed but slept ok. the staff fabulous the swimming pool beautiful, the breakfasts very good. I am going again next year.

3 out of 5 overall. Booked for 7 Nights/8 Days… Stayed only for 6 because I wanted a bit more comfort and to be closer to Canggu. Perfect for someone solo travelling on a budget. No real complaints, but you get what you pay for

Amazing stay, clean, friendly staff.

Amazing friendly staff , excellent location

Great friendly staff , upgraded to newly renovated villa amazing , great cafe whacko for room service , great location close to good restaurants and beach clubs

Very helpful staff during our stay. Rooms were clean and clean bottled water provided every day. Pool was clean and most of the time towels were provided. Bedding was dated, sometimes had small tears in the sheet. My room had an outdoor bathroom where the shower had no roof and was always cold. It made it difficult to shower when there was storms. There was a bath with an attached hose to get warm/cold but not easily accessible. Property is across the road from a restaurant that plays loud Western music until midnight, also my window was right next to the nightclub car park where patrons played music well past 2am over the weekend.

I’ve stayed at Bali Ayu Hotel and Villas twice now. Once in a studio room, and once in a villa. Both places were perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and I would stay here again.

Great value and location!
