Everything was great. I am not writing more as I had two back to back reservations and left a detailed message previously.

Unfortunately they charged me for an additional night room-fee: $300 AUS by mistake, apologised and said they would refund me, not in my account yet Said they would send me a summary of my account, not printed so emailing me: not received yet checked out morning of the 4th June I need this sorted out thank you I am not happy Lindsay Bovill

Very nice hotel in a nice and tranquil neighborhood

Our first time staying at this location and we're very pleased with it. Check-in was very quick and easy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. For those who have never been to Europe, be prepared for a smaller room than what you're used to in N.A. Breakfast is available for a fee, but a much better option is to go to a nearby bakery to buy a croissant and coffee like the locals do. Wonderful. The metro is one block away, so getting around the city is terribly easy. Don't be discouraged by the transit system. Once you understand the routes, everything goes smoothly and there are maps and signage everywhere. Too easy. The hotel is located in a quiet area with many restaurants and cafe's within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice. The breakfast was a little bit expensive. But otherwise it was very well placed and nice

John at the front desk was professional and wonderful. The Hotel very quite and close to shops and restaurants.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado calidad precio especialmente si vas a utilizar tren. El aire condicionado no lo encienden pero no fue necesario porque al abrir las ventanas el clima estaba agradable
