最高 The room and hotel were very nice. The AC was a welcome relief at the end of each day. It was nice to have the option of beverages downstairs.

最高 The perfect family hotel for a Paris visit! Great neighborhood, a wonderful bakery close by, walking distance to metro, COLD water on tap and super friendly and helpful staff - will be returning on our next Paris visit.

I was not impressed with how we were greeted by the front desk, but other staff were friendly and helpful. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast offered, it gave us a head start in our days there and our departure. Also liked that it was close to the Metro and various restaurants.

Everything was great. I am not writing more as I had two back to back reservations and left a detailed message previously.

良いひとりで滞在
Unfortunately they charged me for an additional night room-fee: $300 AUS by mistake, apologised and said they would refund me, not in my account yet
Said they would send me a summary of my account, not printed so emailing me: not received yet checked out morning of the 4th June
I need this sorted out thank you
I am not happy
