Broken ac no hot water in shower. Other guests complaining about service stay elsewhere

We got what we paid for. The shuttle service though was the best part. We just stayed overnight...more like 5 hours due to an early connection. Upon arrival at 12:15 to the inn, the desk person spent a long time on the phone before beginning our check-in. We were able to reserve spots on the 6:00 shuttle for a 7:30 departure and had the right amount of time to get to the gate. It's very close to the airport. The pillows were not good, crunchy loft. I slept poorly. The bed was fine. The halls smell like pot but the room didn't. Again, we got what we paid for, but were grateful for the convenience of the hotel and the shuttle.

Super old, nothing was working, all of the mattresses was stained , dirty bathroom, black gunk coming out sink faucet… list just go on!

The hotel had roaches, the hotel smelled really bad. The air wasn’t working in the room. Breakfast was horrible

The shuttle service was nice and reliable. The property seemed safe. The checkin process was easy and courteous. The room was clean and big and spacious. The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower worked well and were nice and clean. Their exercise room needs much improvement! The three machines are all out dated and two of the three did not work, just didn’t power on, the treadmill and exercise bike. It was apparent that the rust on them had overtaken them. A very nicely kept 2 star hotel.

This place was ridiculous. When I arrived I went to room 219, the room television didn’t work. They moved my room to room 321 that toilet was clogged. I ordered pizza for my kids and they put me in a different room due to the toilet being clogged. They put us in room 217 I put the pizza on dresser and went to the restroom it was a roach on pizza box and on the wall. I was over it. The room did not have a phone to call down to the front desk. When I called off my cell phone and explained to her my situation , this lady had an attitude the manager was no where to be found. I asked her for corporate number and she gave me the wrong number. I took my kids to a different hotel 2am in the morning I felt very uncomfortable.

Upon check-in Room . Only one pillow on the bed, 2 occupant will check-in Bathroom,,. no complimentary shampoo/ conditioner Coffee Machine - 24/7 available ok but no creamer powder or liquid creamer available Juice Dispenser it’s says Apple Juice and Straeberry Juice … not in service

Pretty good for the price

The Hair Dryer was broken, Shampoo very little.and very low quality. Room has a strong mildew smell. Breakfast was okay very limited choices only yougurt drinks, grape jelly. would be easy to add mor echoice and too to costly.
