Convenient. Good service.

Have stayed here for years. Now that will help put some of my ratings into perspective. Love the location of the hotel. Nearby restaurants are fantastic. Always thought the restaurant did a great job with morning breakfast but the offerings have slipped to be equal to your average 3 Star Chinese Hotel. Expats you see walking around all trying to find something they can or want to eat.

Good stay

The hotel is fine with spacious guest rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.It could do with a refurbishment ,but other than that I have nothing negative to say.

The hotel was not as expected, the check in process took a liitle long, not sure why when my reservation had already specified the "suite" I requested. After going upstairs to the rooms we were given I had to go back down because the room didn't have a bath tub which was one of the reasons I booked a suite. We were then given a room with a bathtub but it smelled weird, and unpaired. The plaster around the tub was peeling and the bathroom door wouldn't close unless you pushed and locked it. I think the entire room could do with a bit of updating. The one bright spot was the the bar, restaurant and breakfast buffet staff were very helpful and accomadating. For breakfast we had great service from Pankaj Bora. He was super helpful and very accomadating.

Hotel still maintains Holiday Inn standards if a little jaded around the edges. Service in all areas very acceptable. Lobby bar is great for the traveller offering excellent service and a good selection of bar food. Ideally located for local factories. Will stay again!

The location is good. The hotel is next to the mall and walking distant to metro. The only problem is the limited choice for foods at the hotel restaurant.

Got in after midnight. Plenty of staff to check in. Check out was easy, too. Great selection for breakfast.

The place was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were fast and smooth.

food is ok here not bad, less oil as compared to other places in china, cleanliness is not upto mark in the hotel
