Good stay

This a unique boutique hotel. There are only two items that keep me awarding five stars instead of four. 1. The lighting is both dim and exceedingly harsh. 2. The beds (in both my recent stays) are too soft. Of less importance is the water pressure in the shower. Not up to NYC standards but acceptable. On the plus side, both times I’ve stayed here, there was no street noise (!!!) and the AC works well. The rooms were clean and the work area is excellent. Adequate electrical connectors. I’ll be back.

El hotel está en excelente ubicación, es un buen precio por el lugar que está ubicado , tiene un buen café de cortesía y agua gratis con botellas de refill, si lo recomiendo para familias , si necesitan cambiar de camas y almohadas. Excelente hotel

It was a beautifully clean room. The staff was also very attentive and respectful. The only thing is you can hear everything going on outside of your room. My husband and I would definitely come back again.

Great, friendly, helpful staff and wonderful location. Short walk to broadway shows, time square and shopping.

This was my third time staying at The Jewel. I love the location and the hotel is surprisingly quiet for the centre of NYC. Decent sized rooms by NYC standards and the free water and coffee/tea was a bonus.

Overall great place to stay. The only real issue was the water pressure. It was a pretty low pressure shower. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy.
